Refund Policy

At Home Warranty US, we are committed to providing high-quality, dependable service. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You cancel your service appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Our technician fails to arrive and complete the scheduled service due to our internal issue.

  • A repair is unsuccessful and cannot be resolved after repeated attempts under our warranty.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • “Change of mind” after a service is completed

  • Service failure caused by unrelated appliance issues or pre-existing damage not disclosed during scheduling

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@homewarrantiesusa.com within 7 days of the service date. Include:

  • Your full name

  • Date of service

  • Address

  • Reason for refund request

Refund requests are reviewed individually and processed within 5–10 business days if approved. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
